OneMeet is a professional networking platform owned and operated by Alphameet Innovate Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at C-1407, 14th Floor, Ardente Pine Grove, Rayasandra, Muthanallur, Bangalore South, Karnataka – 560099 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
OneMeet enables verified adult professionals to discover other professionals present within a shared physical location or premises, send and accept in-person meeting requests, and connect and communicate online through the application.
This Disclaimer applies to all users of the OneMeet mobile application and the associated website.
General Disclaimer
The OneMeet application and all content, features, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Company makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous availability.
a. The application may not always be available and access may be interrupted, delayed, or affected by technical issues.

c. The Company does not guarantee that any defects, bugs, or errors within the application will be corrected.

Disclaimer of Liability for User Interactions
OneMeet is a technology platform that facilitates professional networking and physical in-person meetings between users.
The Company does not supervise, control, verify, or guarantee the conduct, identity, qualifications, background, or intentions of any user.
All interactions between users — whether online or in-person — occur entirely at the users' own discretion and risk.
a. Any in-person meeting, interaction, or engagement facilitated through the OneMeet application.
b. The conduct, behaviour, representations, or actions of any other user.
c. Any false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by users.
d. Any decision made by you to meet, connect with, or engage another user based on information available through the platform.
e. Any content exchanged between users through messaging, networking requests, meeting requests, or other communication features.
Users are strongly encouraged to exercise independent judgment, verify information where possible, and meet only in safe public or professional environments.
No Verification of User Information
The Company does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or reliability of professional information provided by users.
Information including name, designation, company, qualifications, industry, experience, profile descriptions, and other professional details is self-declared by users.
While age verification may be conducted through Google Sign-In during registration, the Company does not independently verify user identities, credentials, employment history, educational qualifications, or professional achievements.
Users should independently evaluate and verify any information before relying upon it for professional, business, or personal decisions.
• The Company expressly disclaims responsibility for misrepresentation, fraud, impersonation, or deception by any user.
• The Company shall not be liable for losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from reliance on information provided by another user.
Professional profiles on OneMeet should be treated as user-provided information and not independently certified information.
Disclaimer Regarding Safety Features
The Company provides certain safety features within the OneMeet application, including the SOS Emergency Feature, with the objective of improving user safety.
While these features are designed to assist users, the Company makes no representation or guarantee regarding their effectiveness, availability, or outcome in any specific situation.
a. The SOS feature may not always be available and may be affected by internet connectivity, device limitations, technical failures, server downtime, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
b. The Company does not guarantee that a human moderator will be available at all times or that assistance can be provided immediately.
c. The Company does not guarantee successful communication with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, or third-party emergency services.
d. Activation of the SOS feature does not guarantee prevention, mitigation, or resolution of any emergency situation.
The SOS feature is intended only as an additional safety measure and should never be considered a substitute for directly contacting official emergency services.
Disclaimer Regarding User-Generated Content
The OneMeet application allows users to post, upload, share, and communicate content including professional information, text, messages, images, reviews, comments, and other materials.
All User-Generated Content is created and controlled solely by the respective users who publish it.
a. The Company does not endorse, verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of any User-Generated Content.
b. The Company does not guarantee that User-Generated Content will be free from offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, misleading, harmful, or unlawful material.
c. The Company does not guarantee that User-Generated Content complies with applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
d. Opinions expressed by users are solely those of the respective users and do not represent the views of the Company.
Although the Company employs moderation tools and human review processes, the Company does not pre-screen all content published on the platform.
Users are encouraged to use the reporting feature whenever they encounter content that violates community standards or applicable law.
Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Services
The OneMeet application integrates with various third-party products and services required for its operation and functionality.
These services may include Google Authentication, Google Maps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SMS providers, analytics providers, and other third-party technologies.
a. The Company does not own, operate, or control third-party services.
b. The Company makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, security, performance, or accuracy of third-party services.
c. Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and operational practices.
d. The Company is not responsible for any interruption, outage, security incident, or loss arising from third-party services.
The Application may also contain links, references, or integrations connecting users to third-party websites, applications, or resources.
Accessing third-party services through the Application is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Disclaimer Regarding Location Services
OneMeet relies upon location-based technology to enable professional discovery and networking between users present at the same Premises.
Location information displayed through the Application depends upon several factors outside the Company's control, including GPS availability, network connectivity, device hardware, and third-party mapping services.
a. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, precision, completeness, or real-time reliability of location information.
b. Location information may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or interrupted due to technical limitations.
c. The Company does not guarantee that users displayed within a Premises are physically present at that location at all times.
d. The Company is not responsible for decisions made by users based on location information available through the Application.
Users should independently verify circumstances before relying upon location information for professional meetings or interactions.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, misunderstanding, or harm resulting from inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable location data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alphameet Innovate Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
a. Your use of or inability to use the OneMeet application.
b. Interactions, communications, meetings, or relationships between users.
c. User-generated content or information provided by other users.
d. Technical failures, outages, interruptions, delays, or service unavailability.
e. Loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of profits, reputational harm, or other intangible losses.
f. Actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
g. Security breaches, cyberattacks, or unauthorised access caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid by the user to the Company during the preceding three months, whichever is higher.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from:
a. Your violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Usage Policy, or applicable law.
b. Your use of the OneMeet application.
c. Your interactions, communications, or meetings with other users.
d. Any User-Generated Content posted, shared, or transmitted by you.
e. Any infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
f. Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by you.
This indemnification obligation shall survive suspension, termination, deletion of your account, or discontinuation of your use of the Application.
No Professional Advice
Information available through the OneMeet application, including user profiles, messages, articles, posts, recommendations, comments, reviews, and communications, is provided solely for general networking and informational purposes.
Nothing available through the Application shall be construed as professional, legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, employment, or business advice.
The Company does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, expertise, certifications, or recommendations of any user.
• Users should independently verify information before relying upon it.
• Users should seek appropriate professional advice from qualified professionals where necessary.
• Decisions made based on information obtained through the Application are solely the responsibility of the user.
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from reliance on information obtained through the Application.
Availability and Technical Disclaimer
The Company strives to maintain continuous availability of the OneMeet application; however, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, internet connectivity issues, cyber incidents, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
a. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Application.
b. The Company does not guarantee that defects, bugs, or technical issues will be corrected immediately.
c. The Company does not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, browser, or network environment.
d. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
Users acknowledge that occasional interruptions and technical limitations are inherent to online services.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary service interruptions or technical issues.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the OneMeet application, including its software, source code, design, interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, branding materials, content, and technology, are owned by or licensed to Alphameet Innovate Private Limited.
Nothing contained within the Application grants any user ownership, licence, or right to use the Company's intellectual property except as expressly permitted by applicable law and these Terms.
a. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Application.
b. Users may not use the Company's trademarks, branding, logos, or trade names without prior written permission.
c. Any unauthorised use of intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.
All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved by the Company.
Changes to This Disclaimer
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Disclaimer at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, business operations, platform functionality, or risk management practices.

Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer, the Application, or the services provided through OneMeet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka for all matters arising under this Disclaimer.
