This Data Usage Policy is published by Alphameet Innovate Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of the OneMeet mobile application.
It sets out, in operational detail, the specific ways in which user data is collected, processed, used, and shared within the OneMeet ecosystem.
This Policy supplements and is to be read in conjunction with the OneMeet Privacy Policy.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
Data We Collect and How We Use It

Account and Identity Data

Used for account creation, identity verification, age verification through Google Authentication, profile management, and displaying your profile to eligible users.

Professional Information
(Designation, Company, Industry, Experience, Qualifications)
Used to create your professional profile and enable professional discovery within the platform.
Shared With: Other users within the same Premises and accepted connections.
Location and Presence Data
(GPS Coordinates, Premises Check-In, Active Status)
Used to determine your presence at a Premises, display active status, and enable Meeting Requests.
Shared With: Google Maps SDK and other users at premises-level visibility only.
Interaction and Activity Data
(Messages, Meeting Logs, Connection Records, Activity Patterns)
Used for messaging, networking, moderation, safety review, and community standards enforcement.
Shared With: Internal Moderation Team and law enforcement when legally required.
Device and Technical Data
(IP Address, Device Type, OS Version, App Version, Push Tokens, Crash Logs)
Used for application stability, security monitoring, push notifications, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
Shared With: AWS Infrastructure and Internal Technical Team.
User-Generated Content
(Photos, Posts, Reviews, Text Content)
Used for content display, networking functionality, and community moderation.
Shared With: Other users according to visibility settings and Internal Moderation Team.
Camera and Storage Data
(Camera Access and Gallery Access)
Used solely for profile photo capture and image uploads initiated by the user.

Data We Do Not Use
The following uses of personal data are expressly prohibited and do not occur within the OneMeet platform:
a. We do not sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.
b. We do not use your data for targeted advertising or behavioural profiling.
c. We do not share your precise GPS coordinates with other users. Only premises-level presence information is visible.
d. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
e. We do not access your camera or gallery except when you explicitly initiate a photo capture or image upload.
f. We do not access your contacts, address book, or phonebook.
g. We do not use automated algorithms to rank, score, or make decisions that could significantly affect users.
h. We do not intentionally process sensitive personal data except where such information may be voluntarily included within user-generated content.
OneMeet does not monetise, sell, or commercially exploit user personal data.
Location Data — Specific Usage
Location data is the foundational feature of the OneMeet platform and is used exclusively to enable premises-based professional discovery and networking.
4.1 When Location Is Active
Your location is collected only when:
- The application is open and running in the foreground.
- You have granted location permission.
- You activate a session or check in to a Premises.
Location data is not collected when the application is closed or running in the background.
4.2 What We Do With Your Location
a. Determine whether you are present at a specific Premises.
b. Display your active presence status to users within the same Premises.
c. Enable Meeting Requests between users located at the same Premises.
d. Maintain location history and check-in records during the lifetime of your active account.
4.3 What We Do Not Do With Your Location
a. We do not display your exact GPS coordinates to any user.
b. We do not share your location data for advertising, profiling, or commercial purposes.
c. We do not sell or monetise your location data.
d. We do not build movement profiles or track your activity outside the OneMeet application.
Only premises-level presence visibility is shared with other users, never your exact GPS location.
Data Used for Safety and Moderation
OneMeet uses certain categories of user data to maintain platform safety, investigate complaints, prevent misuse, and enforce community standards.
Data may be reviewed by authorised members of the moderation team where necessary to investigate safety concerns or policy violations.
a. User profile information and professional details.
b. Meeting Request records and networking activity.
c. In-app messaging records where required for complaint investigation.
d. User reports, complaints, and moderation actions.
e. SOS feature activation records and related incident logs.
f. Technical information associated with suspicious activity.
Moderation reviews are conducted only when reasonably necessary and access is restricted to authorised personnel.
Safety and moderation activities are performed to protect users, maintain platform integrity, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Shared With Third Parties
We share personal data only where necessary for operating the OneMeet platform or where required by law.
Google Authentication
Purpose: User authentication and account verification.
Google Maps SDK
Purpose: Location services and premises-based discovery.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Purpose: Cloud hosting, storage, infrastructure, and backups.
SMS Service Providers
Purpose: Transactional messages, OTPs, alerts, and communications.
Law Enforcement Authorities
Purpose: Compliance with legal obligations, investigations, court orders, and emergency situations.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or commercially trade personal data with any third party.
Any third-party recipient receives only the minimum information reasonably necessary to perform its intended function.
Data Storage and Security
User data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure hosted primarily within India.
The Company implements technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy and the Privacy Policy.
a. Account information is retained while the account remains active.
b. Professional profile information is retained during the active lifecycle of the account.
c. Location history, networking activity, and meeting records are retained while the account remains active.
d. Technical logs, analytics records, and crash reports may be retained for operational and security purposes.
e. Moderation and complaint records may be retained where necessary for legal, security, or dispute resolution purposes.
Upon account deletion, personal data will be removed from active systems in accordance with the Company's deletion procedures, subject to legal retention obligations and backup cycles.
Certain anonymised or aggregated information may continue to be retained where it can no longer be used to identify an individual user.

As a user of OneMeet and a Data Principal under applicable law, you have certain rights regarding your personal data.
